Project Scope:

• Tanking: Installed a robust waterproofing system to protect the structure against hydrostatic pressure and moisture ingress.

• Screeding: Laid high-tolerance floor screeding to establish a perfectly level, durable subfloor ready for finishes.

• Rendering: Applied flat, plumb wall rendering to provide a consistent substrate and a durable, clean finish.

• Tiling: Executed precision wall and floor tiling with strict attention to set-out, joint alignment, and grout consistency.

• Mastic Works: Completed all final expansion joints and perimeter sealing with color-matched, high-movement mastic for a clean, watertight finish.
